Trust by design
Trust comes from visible standards
Understand what GigNode reviews, what stays private, and where the current product's responsibilities begin and end.
Provider publication standards
Provider identities, services, and publishable portfolio information pass deterministic checks before appearing in the public directory. Flagged exceptions receive admin review, and active service details must remain aligned with the approved information.
Public and private information are separated
Public profiles show the information needed to evaluate a provider. Private contact details, application records, and internal review information are not exposed in the directory.
Commercial terms stay explicit
Proposals use structured fields for scope, included services, exclusions, deliverables, milestones, revisions, dates, and payment visibility so clients can compare on the same basis.
Clear product boundaries
GigNode supports review, selection, delivery records, and payment visibility. It does not currently provide escrow, payment processing, legal guarantees, or guaranteed project outcomes.
