Scope and boundaries
Explain the work, included services, exclusions, timing, and revision terms before delivery begins.
From proposal to active project
Define the work before it starts. Build a structured proposal with scope, deliverables, milestones, pricing, and a visible payment schedule, then give your client a clear way to request changes, accept, or decline.
Direct Proposal creation and first send are available with Ops Pro. A GigNode account starts on Free.

A proposal clients can evaluate
A useful proposal makes the shape of the engagement visible. GigNode keeps the commercial details organized without claiming to be a contract or payment processor.
Explain the work, included services, exclusions, timing, and revision terms before delivery begins.
Break the engagement into concrete outputs with descriptions, quantity, and cadence where needed.
Give the client a readable sequence of planned phases and dates rather than an unstructured timeline.
Show payment items, amounts, and due dates as part of the proposal. GigNode does not charge the client.
The handoff is the difference
GigNode Direct Proposals are connected to Ops. Once a client accepts the current proposal version, GigNode creates the corresponding project workflow instead of leaving you to rebuild the engagement in another tool.
Add the client, scope, deliverables, milestones, and payment plan.
Share the current proposal version through the Direct Proposal flow.
The client requests changes, accepts the proposal, or declines it.
Accepted work becomes an Ops project with its operational structure.
A deliberate boundary
Direct Proposal is for sending terms to your own client without a Marketplace request. Marketplace proposals respond to a client request inside the Marketplace selection flow. Both can lead into GigNode Ops, but they are not presented as the same client experience.
Once the work is active, use the connected client portal for project delivery and keep review decisions attached to deliverable versions.
Define the work. Then deliver it.
Start a GigNode workspace on Free, then use Ops Pro when you are ready to create and send Direct Proposals.
